Creators Circuit is a global community powered by Cognisor AI that connects creators, builders, developers, founders, designers, students, and community leaders. We enable members to collaborate, access opportunities, and grow through events, hackathons, startup programs, and real‑world projects. We are seeking a proactive Community Manager to nurture and expand our vibrant community, especially in Japan. In this part‑time role you will welcome new members, drive engagement across multiple channels, create compelling content, support events, and help members discover opportunities, contributing to making Creators Circuit one of the most active builder communities worldwide.

主な業務

Welcome new members and guide them on how to participate in Creators Circuit
Manage and moderate community channels (WhatsApp, Discord, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
Initiate conversations, answer questions, and encourage member participation
Maintain community activity through updates, discussions, polls, and announcements
Identify active members, potential volunteers, and future community leaders
Create short posts, captions, event announcements, and community updates for social media
Collect photos, videos, testimonials, and member stories from events
Support content preparation for hackathons, workshops, meetups, and partner activities
Assist in planning, promotion, registration, communication, and follow‑up for events
Coordinate with speakers, mentors, volunteers, and partners as needed
Promote events, programs, and updates to grow social media presence and member base
Track engagement metrics and recommend improvements for community growth
Conduct basic product or platform demos and onboard new members to resources and opportunities
Gather member feedback and relay insights to the team

応募要件

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Interest in startups, AI, technology, innovation, or creator communities
Proficiency with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Discord
Ability to write clear announcements, captions, and community messages
Highly organized, reliable, and able to follow up with members and team members
Friendly, proactive, and comfortable engaging with new people
Self‑motivated and able to work independently
Based in Japan preferred (especially Tokyo); remote candidates may be considered
